1. Menyantap terlalu banyak protein hewani
2. Makanan berbumbu tajam dan merangsang
3. Bahan makanan yang menimbulkan gas seperti nangka, durian, kol, sawi putih
4. Kopi, rokok, minuman keras, soft drink
